Vicarro Ranch is a 170 hectare (370 acre) parcel of mixed terrain land located within the McKee Peak Planning Study Area which is identified in the City of Abbotsford’s Official Community Plan as a future urban residential and environmental/conservation area. 

This 1,400 home master planned infill community completes two neighbourhoods separated by a deep valley rich in ecological values. Sensitive hillside development optimizes settlement while sustaining visual and natural values.  

The Vicarro Ranch Plan responds to the City of Abbotsford’s OCP policies and vision to provide complete communities with housing options and affordability. Six “sub-areas” are planned to avoid environmentally significant areas and steep slopes, and allow for a mix of residential uses including single family communities and low, mid and high density multi-family residential. A Comprehensive Development Zone (CD Zone) outlines the six sub area and their designated uses and yields and addresses regulations and uses for each zone.
