Contemporary Low-Cost Alternative
This 4 storey multi-family residential building brings contemporary design elements to a cost-efficient rental building project. In partnership with the Vernon Native Housing Society, this project acknowledges the critical need for affordable housing options within the Okanagan and aims to help fill the housing gap.

The 38 units of this building range from studio up to 3 bedrooms, all featuring contemporary influence and modern appearance. Eight units will be fully accessible, and 20 will be affordable with rental rates at 80 per cent of the median market rent in the area.

Exterior finishes include the use of high-quality wood and stone textures that complement robust landscaping. Tree plantings within side yards ensure screening and privacy for adjacent properties, while an onsite playground with an adjacent seating amenity area ensures family wellbeing and enjoyment for all residents.

Surface stalls behind the building allow for a parking solution that is less visible from the street.
