Usman Aziz
Principal Architect

Usman brings to New Town two decades of Lower Mainland experience where he was involved in many high-profile projects. He has provided full spectrum architectural service in projects ranging from institutional, healthcare, transportation and low to high rise mix-use residential/commercial developments. Usman was born in Montreal and raised in Ottawa where he completed his schooling and graduated from Carleton University School of Architecture. He began his career in Vancouver at the height of the pre-Olympics development boom. Usman brings his BIM knowledge to every project and advocates for its ability to produce high quality deliverables. He is driven by his motivation to provide the best design and solutions for his clients and the built environment.

Usman and his wife enjoy traveling and trying delicious foods but also love spending time at home with their two amazing cats. His personal hobbies include exploring the creative worlds and narratives of video games and science fiction, motorsports/F1, performance & classic automobiles, and his latest passion of Muay Thai.
