Maryam Etezadi
Building Design Technologist

Maryam grew up in Tehran, Iran where she completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Design, and a Master’s Degree in Architectural Technology. After completing her schooling, she worked as a junior architect and was actively involved in many projects; these ranged from small single-family residential homes, to large-scale commercial projects. In 2018, she moved to Canada, and is now pursuing her passion for architecture as a Building Design Technologist. Maryam has been gaining valuable experience in the architecture field and has enjoyed learning the differences in architecture design and construction processes in Canada.

In 2022, Maryam moved from the Lower Mainland to Kelowna to join New Town Architecture & Engineering. She is excited to follow her dreams of becoming an architect with the help of the New Town Architecture team.

Outside of work, Maryam loves to explore the Okanagan and everything it has to offer. From wine tasting to watersports, Maryam has been enjoying this new chapter in her life.
