Jana has been with New Town since 2008 and has worked in administration for over 20 years. Her customer service experience started when she worked for the Chamber of Commerce in Sicamous for more than eight years, prior to relocating to Kelowna in 2006. Jana plays an integral part of the day to day functions of the business, spearheading many important administrative tasks and offering support to management and staff. Jana takes pride in making our clients feel immediately welcome and at ease from the first moment they call our office or walk through the front door and will go above and beyond to ensure that co-workers and clients are provided with the best service and assistance she can provide.

Jana has two grown daughters and enjoys spending time with them when she is not at work. In the summer months you will most likely find Jana on the ball field or at the beach, and when she is at home she enjoys creating new recipes or snuggling with her two kitties.
