Jacob Paul began his career with New Town in 2016 and was a founding member of the civil engineering team. Jacob started with New Town as an EIT (Engineer-In-Training) focusing on design & drafting. Since then he has continued advancing his skillsets, has since obtained his P.Eng (Professional Engineer) designation, and leads the civil engineering department. Jacob’s attention to detail, efficiency oriented mindset, and collaborative approach to projects makes him a very valuable member of the development team.

Jacob has been involved in a wide range of projects ranging from single-family developments to large multi-family condominium developments and has seen projects advance from the initial planning stage of development thru to close-up and occupancy. Jacob places a high-value on team and client relationships and looks to work collaboratively with all involved parties to ensure that projects advance in a smooth and logical fashion.

Jacob is a strong believer of work life balance. His out of office activities and adventures serve as fuel and motivation for his career. On the weekends Jacob can be found exploring the mountains and enjoying nature.
