Jana has been a valued member of the New Town team since 2008, bringing with her over three decades of experience in administration. Her career in customer service began during her nearly 10 years with the Chamber of Commerce in Sicamous, before she relocated to Kelowna in 2005.

At New Town, Jana plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business. She leads a variety of essential administrative tasks and provides dedicated support to both management and staff. Known for her warm and welcoming demeanour, Jana takes pride in making clients feel at ease from the moment they contact our office or walk through the door. Her commitment to going above and beyond ensures that both clients and colleagues receive exceptional service.

Outside of work, Jana enjoys spending quality time with her two grown daughters, whom she considers her best friends. During the summer, you’ll often find her soaking up the sun at the beach. She’s also passionate about fitness, regularly hitting the gym, and loves relaxing at home with her two beloved cats.
