A proposed 22-storey tower in downtown Kelowna will be one of the first of its kind with lock-off units, which may be used for potential short-term rentals. New Town’s architects were instrumental and worked closely with the City of Kelowna and the project developers to move the project along efficiently and effectively.
The project will also meet Kelowna’s goal to increase density in the city’s downtown. With a great location near transit, major highways, and employment opportunities in the downtown core, the development will attract more people to the area.
