Our architects brought a design twist to a proposed project for Cedar Avenue in Kelowna. Our design for the 15-storey mixed-use building is unique in that no two storeys are the exact same and each floor plate extends in a different direction, earning it the ‘Jenga’ Tower nickname.
The building also addresses the city’s policy of building population density and could serve as a recognizable marker for the surrounding area. Sustainability initiatives include a car sharing program, electric car charging stations, and space for bikes. Read the full news article here or see more on our website here!
