Our Urban Planners & Civil Engineers advanced this ALR parcel through multiple authorities to an approved 103 lot single family neighbourhood off Dehart and Swamp Roads in Kelowna, BC. This 23-acre former apple orchard offers building lots ranging in size from 0.1 acres to 0.6 acres which are zoned to allow for homes with suites of up to 2.5 storeys.

Offering meadow, mountain and lake views, The Orchard In The Mission residential community will include parks, a dedicated trail network and thoughtfully planned Riparian and ALR Buffer areas which have been designed in close consultation with City planners and industry professionals.

Our Civil Engineers have worked interactively with the Client and Approving Authority to negotiate the optimal timing and location of off-site traffic improvements.
