This 15-storey residential tower is located in central Kelowna and will be a prominent building in the Capri Landmark neighbourhood. The building houses 84 units ranging from 1-3 bedrooms. The organic natural wood materials and curved elements soften the typical podium and tower style.
The massing is segmented vertically as well as horizontally into components that harmonize through materials, architectural details and colour tones.
The middle of the building contains apartments with rounded balconies projecting from each dwelling. Intersecting the middle of the building is a vertical spine along the Pacific Avenue facade that follows the elevator with glazed lobbies on each floor.
The top levels of the tower offer larger, multi-level apartments, penthouses and a sky trellis that deconstructs the boundary between the building and the sky.
