Ryan embarked on his professional journey in 2008 with a Kelowna-base construction firm. Over the years, he honed his skills and advanced into a senior project management role. His expertise spans diverse projects, including mid-rise and townhome developments at UBCO in Kelowna, alongside ventures such as specialized labs and tenant improvements. His portfolio expanded to encompass master planned communities, commercial endeavors like 5 star hotels, concrete tilt-up construction and expansive wood-framed residences.

Since 2008, Ryan has overseen the successful completion of numerous construction projects, ranging from major ventures to single-family homes and significant building within the UBCO campus. His eye for detail and strong understanding of construction and its sequencing has propelled him into his current position as Project Manager at New Town.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ryan has a passion for all things outdoors and enjoys his time on the lakes, skiing or riding up in the mountains. Additionally, he cherishes moments spent at his farm with his wife, daughter and their beloved furry companions, sharing laughter and creating lasting memories.
