Rob Wellington is a dedicated individual with a profound passion for construction and project management. His initiation into the world of construction commenced alongside his father, toiling on custom homes and renovations. This early experience instilled in him a deep-rooted appreciation for craftsmanship and attention to detail.

From remote projects in Western Canada to bustling urban developments, Rob has immersed himself in a diverse array of construction ventures. His expertise spans across a multitude of sectors, including residential, commercial, educational, and institutional projects. His journey from labourer to carpenter, superintendent, and eventually project manager is a testament to his unwavering commitment and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Rob’s proficiency extends beyond traditional construction methods. With hands-on experience in wood frame, concrete, and mass timber projects, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of various building materials and techniques.

Outside of work Rob can be found out in nature biking, 4x4ing, or coaching his sons volleyball team.
