Lisa Fraser
Operations / Business Manager

Lisa has over twenty years of administrative and project experience in the land development industry and has worked cooperatively with private landowners, consultants and municipalities throughout the Okanagan. With a previous background in accounting and business administration, Lisa brings a multi-faceted approach to her work by combining her extensive experience in financial and administration management with land use planning and project management. As one of the business founders and advisor to the company Directors, Lisa is instrumental in the creation and implementation of corporate strategy and oversees the ongoing business operations including Human Resources and contract and budget management. Additional roles include project consultation and coordination of development approvals, policy research, and public and municipal liaison.

Lisa and her husband are self-professed homebodies and enjoy working on a variety of projects around the house, visiting local restaurants and wineries, and being active in their community.
