Hailing from Czech Republic, Lenka completed a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design from the Czech Technical University in Prague in 2014. Before moving to Canada, she gained valuable experience in a range of offices including architectural work in Europe, South America, and Asia. Since joining New Town in 2017, she has worked on numerous projects ranging from small interior design and tenant improvement jobs to large-scale multi-family residential projects, bringing them all the way from concept to completion. Her passion for architecture and problem solving is present in all her designs, creating highly functional and sustainable buildings is always the top priority.

When not in the office, she can be found outdoors – she is an accomplished skier and climber and may have to start biking to complete the Okanagan activity trio.
