Jesse Alexander
Planner

A long-standing employee, Jesse is passionate about housing and the built urban environment. His role is focused on coordinating the municipal approval process, representing projects in the public realm to local approving authorities, and acting as the go-to contact person for our clients. His specialized experience in the Okanagan means that he has a finger-on-the-pulse understanding of how to get projects approved with various local governments. Jesse is the resident bylaw and provincial legislation resource to help aid the design team in understanding constraints/parameters for each project. This in-house knowledge gives New Town a distinct advantage over our competition and ensures that we are working as efficiently as possible.

Jesse loves spending time outdoors with his wife and three children. An avid fisherman and hunter, he enjoys getting off the beaten path.
