Jenna Marshall
Intern Architect AIBC

Jenna has had a passion for design ever since she was a little girl, where she was always redesigning shelves in her parent’s store, putting together outfits, and playing Lego with her little brother. Her enthusiasm for design eventually led her to an architecture studio at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater where her enthusiasm for design turned into a passion for architecture. Through post secondary schooling Jenna found great joy in sculpture and woodwork which quickly transformed into her love for model making and seeing her designs come to life. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree with an Honours in Environmental Design, Jenna furthered her love for design, architecture and model making and completed a Master’s in Architecture.

After years of schooling and several summers working as a planner at the City of Kelowna, Jenna joined New Town in 2020. Jenna is now an Intern Architect with AIBC and is involved in several projects consisting of single-family homes, townhomes, multiple-family and mixed-used residential. She has been involved from inception, through schematic design and into construction drawings. Jenna is currently working towards becoming a licensed Architect.

Outside of work Jenna can be found on the beach playing volleyball, hiking, biking, roller skating or enjoying visiting all the wineries in the Okanagan with friends and family.
