Since joining the New Town Team in 2019, Delia has progressed from a junior to intermediate building technologist. She is currently engaged in several multiple-family and mixed-use residential projects and has been involved with these projects from inception, through Schematic Design, and into Construction Drawings. Delia plays a key role in overall coordination of timelines, scheduling, and client communications. Since graduation from the Architectural Technologies Program at SAIT, Delia has achieved registration as an Applied Science Technologist and is working towards becoming a Broadly Experienced Architect.

In her spare time, Delia likes to explore the Okanagan and all it has to offer, such as hiking, wine tasting, or soaking up some sun at the beach.
